Commercial Water Damage – Chicago Hotel

Commercial water damage struck this Chicago hotel when the sprinkler system on this hallway accidently was triggered. The carpeting was thoroughly soaked with standing water present. The subfloor was revealed to have significant water damage with the use of high-tech moisture detection devices, so we were forced to remove the carpeting to treat and dry the subfloor. Baseboards needed to be removed so the air movers and dehumidifiers could dry the lower portion of the drywall along with the subflooring.
