The Power Behind Our SERVPRO Team

The Zubricki family owns and operates the local Hyde Park SERVPRO location. The family members of the team are shown in this photo. Frank and Patricia Zubricki are flanked by their three children Anthony and Amanda, on the left, and Stephanie, on the right. The family works alongside their highly trained crew of technicians, office staff, and sales reps to deliver excellent service to the community they serve, and while not pictured here, they earned this award with their commitment to customer service and the quality of their work.

About the SERVPRO 2020 Bronze Sales and Service Award

Each SERVPRO franchise location delivers top-notch service to their clients; the locales that go above and beyond when working with customers get recognized. This commitment to a standard of detailed, excellent service when handling water, fire, mold, or biohazard restoration jobs for the Hyde Park area. At the Annual SERVPRO Convention, held at Disney World in Orlando, FL, our team was awarded the Bronze Icon Award for Outstanding Sales and Service and commended for ranking in the top 15 national franchises out of a total of 1850. Since 2012, the Zubricki's SERVPRO locations have performed in the top 100 consistently.

Volunteering and Supporting Charities in the Hyde Park Area

When the Zubricki's are not handling restoration services in residential and commercial properties, they work hard in the community to donate time and monetary support to charitable causes. Whether it is helping the American Red Cross with a blood drive or raising awareness of the Salvation Army's good for the community, the Zubrickis are proud to serve the local Hyde Park area. Another venue they support is the Children's Museum in Oaklawn, where Pat Zubricki serves on the Board.
