Chicago Training for Team Zubricki’s Chicago and Florida Teams

When we train together, we work better together.

Patricia Zubricki and David Mason of Team Zubricki are always looking for ways to unite staff while keeping everyone up on the latest techniques and trends in the industry. This gets done through team building and learning events such as the recent training in Chicago. The educational and bonding event included SERVPRO of Hyde Park/E. Bridgeport/Bronzeville and other Chicago-area and Florida Team Zubricki franchises.

Where it all took place

The training took place at our recently constructed Chicago warehouse to accommodate all those in attendance. The warehouse offers everything we need to facilitate centralized execution and storage for all of our equipment. Due to the size of the warehouse, it is also suitable for housing these training sessions.

We were happy to have members of our Florida teams in attendance. Those who were unable to attend utilized Microsoft teams to participate in the training. This training got broken down into sales, office, and construction staff segments.

SERVPRO is known for IICRC-certified technicians, but training and team building also occur within each franchise. Team Zubricki believes that participation in ongoing learning helps enhance skills and brings us together for healthier company culture.
